Broken Head WET Camping weekend

DAY 1,

On the 8th of June , me and my bother got picked up from school. We drove for about an hour and finally got to this town just south of Byron , Broken Head. At the moment we had promising sunny weather. Mum got the site and hopped into the car. That's when we realised NO BIKES ALLOWED! Once we set up our caravan, we took a stroll on the the beach; my bother said "lets have running races" , so we did.

We raced for around ten minuets until rain poured down. We sprinted to shelter. Finally our friends arrived and we went out for dinner.

DAY 2,

I woke up and knew it , still raining. There was an awesome trail so when finally the rain stopped we went for a jog on it. On the way back, my dad saw fins around a body-boarder but realised they were dolphins. And then went into Ballina which was about 1/2 an hours drive from the campsite. In Ballina we went ten pin bowling and it was really good. We had some lunch and went back to broken head. It was so wet and rainy, we had to have 2min noodles.

DAY 3,

Today was our last day and we still hadn't gone surfing. Me ,my dad , my friend and his dad went for a surf . The water was about 20'c and it was white-washy.We got out , packed up the setup and left.
